Our classic sauerkraut is clean, tangy and crunchy. Perfect for use on Reubens and sausages, and as a substitute for lettuce on any sandwich. Or use it as a starting point for your own creation by adding spices such as green chile, dill, garlic, mustard, caraway or juniper berries.

Golden Kraut has all of the benefits of the Essential Kraut, plus the added health benefits of fresh turmeric root and fresh ginger root. Turmeric and ginger are both known to have anti-inflammatory properties, and fermentation makes them easier to absorb. Mix Golden Kraut into a green salad or potato salad, or use on a sandwich instead of lettuce.

Krautchi is a kraut inspired by Korean kimchi, hence the name! It has the delicious Asian flavor profile from the trifecta of ginger, onion and garlic. Korean red pepper is added for depth, but it is not excessively spicy. Carrots add a nice crunch. Serve Krautchi like a salad, or on an Asian grain bowl, and it also pairs nicely with pork tacos, sandwiches, or even sushi!
